  Apparently cleanliness and food quality depend on the time of day.  I came here a few weeks ago in the evening and it was great.  Yes it wasn't nearly as crowded.  Cleanliness:  floors are nasty but it is mid morning on a Saturday so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.  My food today was decent, but waffle was a little overdone and they didn't fill it full so there was a small section missing.  It came out way way before my omlet.  The omlet was as fluffy as ever, and I would give it 5 stars.  So today's visit - food about 3-4 stars service definitely 5 stars, our server Kim was fantastic!  And cleanliness 1-2 stars.

  This is one of the few times I have ever walked out of a restaurant. No I don't expect 5 star dining at a Waffle House; but this place was filthy. The booths were all dirty which left us no where to sit except the counter, and the floor was covered with food and spilled drinks etc. Maybe I caught them at a bad time but there seemed to be staff that could have been working on the condition but they were not and the restaurant was not that full either. Very disappointed was I.

  This evening my husband and I came in for dinner, we used to frequent this location and wanted to come back for a quick dinner. We sit down at a fresh cleaned booth, but the rest of the store was disgusting. Our server, Desi, greeted us while talking to her brother who was a grill cook. We gave our order, and waited for our drinks. Our food came out quickly but our drinks still weren't out. I asked for our drinks and missing waffle and ten minutes later, after watching our server eat food on the server line. While our drinks sat there. Eventually, our drinks were brought out and the waffle didn't. We waited for it but had to go, mainly because I was tired of watching our server eat, talk and do dishes simultaneously. She offered our waffle Togo and we hesitantly accepted after watching her touch the inside of the lid of the Togo container. I seriously wish the health department would walk in on this disgusting restaurant and server.

  Seems this is the don't give a crap waffle house! 4 employees standing around, joking, floors filthy, booths dirty, tops not wiped clean, dirty dishes on counters, employees drinking at grill, raw meat placed on wood cutting board prior to being cooked. Strike this place off the list for a late night breakfast!!!!

  Food quality was passable, but cleanliness was lacking. They were out of lemons for my wife's iced tea even though there is a grocery store right across the street. My wife ordered her eggs over medium but got scrambled. And not even good scrambled eggs, they were over-cooked and chopped into bits. The place had more flies inside than a hog barn. They were buzzing around and landing on us the whole time we were there. Gross!
